- Een WO-masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie, financiën of econometrie.
- Minimaal 4 jaar professionele werkervaring in digital finance transformatie, ERP-systeem ontwerp- en implementatie of financiele operationele processen.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossingsvaardigheden met vermogen om complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen om te zetten in uitvoerbare strategieën.
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om projecten en werkstromen te leiden in cross-functionele teams in een snelle omgeving.
- Een zelf gemotiveerde en nieuwsgierige persoonlijkheid waarmee je initiatief en ownership toont.
- Interesse in werken in een internationaal en divers team.
- Vloeiende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

Als Finance Strategy & Operations (Senior) Consultant met een focus op ERP & Digital Finance fungeren jij en je collega’s als adviseurs voor CFO’s en Finance teams van grote organisaties. Je helpt hen om financiële processen toekomstbestendig in te richten en technologie effectief in te zetten als enabler van de financiële bedrijfsvoering.

De functie
Als Finance Strategy & Operations (Senior) Consultant met een focus op ERP & Digital Finance:
- Adviseer je Finance Executives in het ontwikkelen van hun digitale strategie.
- Help je organisaties bij het verbeteren, harmoniseren en standaardiseren van kern financiële processen zoals Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash en Record-to-Report en vertaal je strategische ambities naar uitvoerbare plannen.
- Geef je leiding aan end-to-end transformatiewerkstromen, van advies tot implementatie en beheer met doorontwikkeling. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het definiëren van ontwerpprincipes voor hoe technologie de financiële bedrijfsvoering kan ondersteunen en verbeteren. Of denk aan de uitvoering van ERP implementatietrajecten waarin je meewerkt aan functionele ontwerpen ter bepaling van hoe de financiële processen van de klant passen binnen de standaard van de technologie, waarbij je dit vervolgens stuurt naar de bouw-, test-, go live- en nazorgfase. Dit kan zowel vanuit de rol van Transformatiepartner als van System Integrator.
- Beheer je de uitvoering en commerciële aspecten van opdrachten: plannen en uitvoeren van werkstromen binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteitsnormen, risico’s mitigeren en bijdragen aan voorstellen en klantontwikkeling.

Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
