In addition, you are open to the latest developments in (Digital) Marketing and are eager to continue learning. Furthermore, for this Marketing Consultant position, you possess the following skills:
- 0–2 years' practical experience in (digital) marketing;
- Relevant completed academic university degree;
- Solid understanding of marketing, brand, positioning and communications, and awareness of current trends;
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the marketing field;
- Analytical skills, practical experience and curiosity to identify and solve problems;
- Flexibility to adapt to process changes typical of a high‑performance marketing team;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
What impact will you make?
As a Marketing Consultant you will work within Deloitte’s marketing team for internal clients with the aim of standing out on strategic priorities for our clients. You will help shape a distinctive positioning of Deloitte for the right target audiences across various sectors. Together with the team you will ensure we reach the right (potential) clients and increase customer engagement.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment with frequent contact with colleagues around the world, making the role varied, inspiring and continuously educational. You will collaborate in an agile way with an experienced marketing team and liaise closely with other specialists in the Brand and Marketing department. Monthly networking drinks and inspiration sessions help you get to know colleagues quickly and keep us up to date with the latest developments. Based at the Maastoren in Rotterdam, you will work from one of the most inspiring workplaces in the Netherlands. You are innovative, curious and enjoy applying your knowledge of marketing automation, social media, analytics and (paid) search to create impactful marketing campaigns.

How do you do this?
- Execute marketing initiatives and support marketing projects (e.g. campaigns, events, social media, marketing automation);
- Deliver these initiatives based on analysis and data, including reporting;
- Collaborate with marketing managers and other stakeholders to implement initiatives.
- Improve customer acquisition and retention using social media, geo targeting (GEO), SEO and SEA to drive website traffic, analyse Deloitte website visitors and derive insights;
- Enhance customer engagement through personalisation and related techniques;
- Publish relevant content on the Deloitte website and distribute it via multiple channels;
- Contribute actively to the development of (new) marketing tools;
- Coordinate with Brand and Marketing colleagues on concept development and execution.
