Voor de functie van Projectmanager beschik je over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • een universitaire opleiding; bij voorkeur een economische of bedrijfskundige achtergrond;
  • ten minste 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in projectuitvoering, idealiter binnen een corporate omgeving of de professionele dienstverlening;
  • ervaring in het opleveren van complexe, cross‑functionele projecten met zowel voorspellende (Waterfall) als adaptieve (Agile) aanpakken;
  • ben je goed in het beinvloeden van stakeholders en het opbouwen van relaties;
  • ervaren gebruiker van Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project en project‑rapportagetools; ervaring met Power BI is een pré.
  • praktische hands‑on ervaring met changeplanning en het verankeren van nieuw gedrag en processen;
  • uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk op professioneel niveau).

What impact will you make?

Als Projectmanager binnen het EF Transformation Office draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de end-to-end uitvoering van strategische projecten en programma’s die efficiëntie en operationele excellentie binnen de Enabling Functions stimuleren. Je waarborgt dat projecten tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de afgesproken scope en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je werkt intern bij Deloitte en realiseert projecten.

How do you do this?

  • leiden van de planning, uitvoering en afronding van projecten binnen de Enabling Functions (EF)-portfolio;
  • definiëren van projectomvang en succescriteria en het opstellen van projectplannen met duidelijke eisen aan bronnen, budget en afhankelijkheden;
  • opzetten en onderhouden van governance: voorzitten van project- en stuurgroepvergaderingen, opstellen van besluitdossiers, vastleggen van acties en zorgen voor tijdige opvolging;
  • monitoren van voortgang aan de hand van mijlpalen, deliverables, risico’s, issues en financiële rapportage; waar nodig escaleren en herstelmaatregelen voorstellen;
  • proactief beheren van risico’s en issues door identificatie, beoordeling, plannen van mitigaties;
  • leiden en coachen van multidisciplinaire projectteams (intern en extern), waarbij duidelijkheid over rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en effectieve samenwerking wordt gewaarborgd;
  • betrekken en beïnvloeden van stakeholders op alle niveaus, bouwen aan consensus en het mogelijk maken van transparante besluitvorming;
  • aansturen van veranderactiviteiten om de adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen te borgen, inclusief communicatie, training en het volgen van realisatie van voordelen.

    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage?     Step 5: The offer
    When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
