Be the true you

You enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems and adapt readily to change. Above all, you feel confident being yourself—bringing your strengths, perspective and personality to your work. As a Senior Consultant, you also have:

  • At least five years of relevant experience working on data-driven challenges in financial services and/or consulting, including business development and transformation management involving data, analytics and cloud solutions for compliance and risk.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic project environments. You can identify and pursue commercial opportunities with existing and prospective clients, support the development of service offerings and project proposals, and actively build client relationships and share knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in risk management, credit risk, data governance, analytics, generative AI and low-code applications, as well as tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL or Excel automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, enabling you to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

What impact will you make?

The financial sector faces ongoing challenges: changing regulations, increasingly complex data requirements and the need to embed sustainability into business operations. You will join the Regulatory, Data & Reporting team—a dynamic group that supports financial institutions through transformation and helps them manage risk.

As a Senior Consultant in the Regulatory, Data & Reporting team, you will turn clients’ complex data and risk challenges into clear, actionable solutions. You will improve data and credit risk processes, build reliable dashboards and data pipelines, and help ensure reporting is timely and compliant. By applying analytics and generative AI effectively, you will reduce risk, improve data quality and make decision-making more transparent. Working alongside clients and senior colleagues, you will deliver measurable improvements in risk management and operational efficiency. In doing so, you will help clients go beyond regulatory compliance and turn it into a competitive advantage—creating value for clients and society.

Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
